3665222 - Rich Text Editor Language Values Display in a Different Language Than Learning Administration Locale Preference

Symptom

When editing the Description field of an item record or elsewhere in the Learning system that uses the Rich Text Editor (RTE), the tool shows a different language than what are set by the admin's preference. The Rich Text Editor is utilizing the browser's language preference instead of the Learning Administration language preference.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Change the browser language to the language that the Rich Text Editor needs to display in.
