3665226 - Item is recommended via assignment profile by administrator, but not displayed in user's view - SuccessFactors Learning

• Learning administration goes to Assignment profile -> Recommendations and added Items, Programs or Collections for recommending to a group of user. 
• Some users can see the recommended item on Learning homepage, but others cannot see. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Users don't have corresponding library access won't be able to view the recommended items. And this is expected behavior.

To solve the issue, admin needs to add the items to the library that users have access to.

Or, admin needs to add the corresponding library access to users.
