Symptom
While accessing BTP Cockpit -> Connectivity -> Destinations, it keeps loading forever. However BTP Cockpit -> Connectivity -> Destinations (Legacy) loads fine.
Refer below image for example. If tested from public network, it works fine
Another symptom is the below screen, even if the user has required role collections (like Subaccount Administrator etc.):
On checking the network trace as per KBA 1990706 How to capture an HTTP trace using Chrome browser,
we can see the following request end with error net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
https://destination-configuration.<datacenter>-l-c.uc-live.shoot.live.k8s-hana.ondemand.com/ui/editor/
