3665271 - Connectivity -> Destinations menu keeps loading in BTP Cockpit

Symptom

When access BTP Cockpit -> Connectivity -> Destinations, it keeps loading forever. While BTP Cockpit -> Connectivity -> Destinations (Legacy) can load fine. See following image as an example. If test from public network, it can work fine.

to collect network trace while issue get reproduced, could see following kind of request end with error net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
