3665474 - Price list missing in system after tenant refresh

• Price list was deleted/not visible in UI after the tenant refresh.

1. Go to Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Select Price Lists view.
3. Show Customer Specific Price List.
4. Perform an Advanced Search.
5. Remove the entries in the Valid From and Valid To fields.
6. Click on Go.
7. Open the Price List 
8. Observe that the price list "XXX" is not visible in the system (XXX - Price list name) which was available before refresh.

• The release status of the price list was manually set to "Released cancelled" for the corresponding price list node ID.
• Once a price list is marked as "Released cancelled," it no longer appears on the UI screen.
• The price list was in an inactive status at the time of the refresh, which is why it was not visible on the UI screen.

1. Verify the release status of the price list in the system.
2. If the release status is "Released cancelled," note that the price list will not appear on the UI screen.
3. To resolve the issue, manually recreate the price list in the system, ensuring it is in an active status.
