3665534 - Processes and Forms (PNF): “Restart after Error” does not work for P&F workflows

Users notice that the “Restart after Error” feature in Workflow does not work for certain Processes and Forms (PNF) work items.

After selecting “Restart after Error,” the workflow appears in READY status, but the container values are not filled - for example, the container element STEP_OBJECT shows “No Instance”.

The task cannot be processed and remains stuck.
