3665554 - Delete Activities Manually in FSM

Symptom

In certain situations, it may be necessary to delete an Activity in SAP Field Service Management.
This requirement can arise for various reasons, such as:

  • The customer has specifically requested the removal of the Activity from the system.
  • The Activity is no longer needed (for example, created by mistake or for testing purposes).
  • The Activity is in a blocked sync status and cannot be processed further.

In such cases, manual deletion of the Activity using a business rule may be required.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
