3665580 - JDBC Adapter Error - "No action attribute found in XML document"

Symptom

During message processing in the JDBC Receiver Adapter, the following errors are encountered:

  • JDBC Message processing failed, due to Error processing request in sax parser: No action attribute found in XML document (attribute 'action' missing or wrong XML structure).
  • MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception: Error processing request in sax parser: No action attribute found in XML document (attribute 'action' missing or wrong XML structure).

Even though the action attribute appears to be present in the XML message, the error still occurs.
