Conséquences des évolutions liées au Fait Générateur publiées au BOSS au 1er juillet 2025 (Chapitre 5).

Rappel, l’ensemble des contenus du chapitre 5 relatif au fait générateur des cotisations et contributions sociales fait l’objet d’une phase d'adaptation à compter du 1er juillet 2025. Ils ne seront pas opposables avant le 1er janvier 2027.

Suite à cette publication, les contrôles de l’URSSAF et les fiches consignes ne sont pas forcément alignés, comme nous sommes dans la  phase d’adaptation.

Les règles publiées au 1^er juillet 2025 ne doivent pas être appliquées tant que les consignes déclaratives ne sont pas publiées et que celles-ci ne sont pas prises en compte par SAP.

Consequences of developments related to the Triggering Event published in BOSS on July 1, 2025 (Chapter 5).

Reminder, all contents of Chapter 5 related to the triggering event of social contributions and contributions are subject to an adaptation phase starting July 1, 2025. They will not be enforceable before January 1, 2027.

Following this publication, URSSAF controls and instruction sheets may not be fully aligned, as we are in the adaptation phase.

The rules published on July 1, 2025, should not be applied until the declarative instructions are published and taken into account by SAP.
