3665619 - Error when upgrading sap build free plan to build-default plan

Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to upgrade the "SAP Build" free plan to the "Build-default" plan.
  • The system does not allow the creation of a new plan as a free plan already exists.
  • Backend (VCF) deployments and projects associated with the account are not supported in the "Build-default" plan.
  • The error prevents retaining existing objects and artifacts during the upgrade process.
