3665630 - How to change vector parameters in Web Dispatcher Web Admin page

Symptom

Changing vector parameters in Web Dispatcher admin page needs some additional steps and attention compared to non-vector parameters. Otherwise the vector parameters in the profile can appear with double index numbers (e.g. icm/HTTP/redirect_0_0 and icm/HTTP/redirect_1_0).
