3665668 - "Enter country/region key in the conversion rule CVT_REGIO, region is XYZ" Error When Migrating Bank Data

You are trying to migrate Bank master data using the Migration Cockpit, however the following error message is raised in the migration preparation:

"Enter country/region key in the conversion rule CVT_REGIO, region is XYZ" (where XYZ represents the Region from the migration template)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Migrate Your Data app.
2. Open the migration project.
3. Search for the Bank migration object.
4. Open the dropdown list in the Actions column.
5. Select Upload File.
6. Upload the migration template using the Upload File button.
7. Go back to the Migration Project, where the validation step is now running.
8. After the validation is completed, the error is raised.

The migration template uploaded contains information on the Region field (under the Standard Address section of the template), however no information was fulfilled in the Country/Region field (which is also under the Standard Address section).

When maintaining the Region, the Country/Region is also required for the template processing.

The migration template needs to be adjusted to include information in the Country/Region field in cases where the Region field is populated.
