Cause

Standard behavior - Delete option is disabled in SSCUI 103867.

  1. Deletion of entries is not supported in SSCUI 103867 Define Industry Sector Codes

  2. Refer to the Roadmap Viewer, check the excel Configuration Activity.xlsm where it is mentioned that for SSCUI  103867, the column "Delete Customer Records" states "Deletion not supported".
  3. To delete entries, an expert configuration request must be made by contacting the relevant Customer Success Partner (CSP) who will guide through this process.
