3665874 - Error "Exactly the same certificate with subject <> is already available" occurs when import SCC UI Certificate into Backend Trust Store

For Cloud ALM usage, after having a system mapping created in SCC pointing to itself. The SCC UI Certificate should be imported into Backend Trust Store to build the trust relationship.

However, the following error occurs when trying to import the certificate:
