3665906 - Auto confirm WT does not work with API_WAREHOUSE_ORDER_TASK_2

Symptom

A Warehouse Task (WT) should be created via API_WAREHOUSE_ORDER_TASK_2.
The Warehouse Process Type (WPT) is set to "Propose confirmation" and "Confirm immediately".
The WT is expected to be confirmed automatically, but it remains open.
