When opening the Engagement Maps work centre, an error appears: "Error loading Engagement Maps. Please Contact your system Administrator"

Cause
This view Engagement Maps belongs to Perfect Store related functionalities. However, the Perfect Store is not released yet, so this work centre is not available for use.
Resolution
The Engagement Maps work centre can be hidden by removing the app service:
- Go to Settings -> Roles and open the relevant Business Role
- Under App List, search for Engagement Maps
- Disable the App.
