3666030 - Emptying box in Transfer Products app causes inconsistency in VEPO table

Symptom

When emptying a box in the Transfer Products app and replacing it with other articles, data in the VEPO table remains unchanged, leading to incorrect Stock Transport Orders (STOs).

Staging tables (RTST_TPU_HU and RTST_TPU_HU_ITEM) are updated correctly, but VEPO is not updated.
