3666078 - Unexpected Fields are added when Publishing changes to Job Requisition Template in Manage Templates Tool- Recruiting Management

• Unexpected fields are added when modifying the permission block for job requisition templates in Manage Templates Tool.
• The system auto-reverts the unexpected added fields the next day.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Manage Templates Tool > Job Requisitions.
2. Modify permission block of job requisition template. Save.
3. Publish the changes. Navigate away from the Job Requisitions.
4. Go back to the changes made in the job requisition template.
5. Observe that there are unexpected fields are added to the permission block.
6. Check the system the next day to find that the unexpected fields have been auto-reverted.

Engineering team has provided workaround steps to successfully save the changes in the Job Req Template:

Workaround #1:
1. After making necessary changes in the JR Template. Click on Publish. 
2. Close the current browser window.
3. Open a new browser window in Private browser or incognito mode.
4. Log in to bizX instance and access "Manage Templates".

Workaround #2: 
1. After making necessary changes in the JR Template. Click on Publish. 
2. Clear all the cookie from the current browser window. 
3. Log in to bizX instance and access "Manage Templates".

From this point, the changes made should correctly show in the Manage Templates without the unexpected additional fields.
