3666096 - Ariba integration or BAPI_PO_CREATE1 created PO have two PBXX conditions

From Ariba via a certain Ariba integration solution, like ARBCIG (Managed spend and network gateway a.k.a Cloud Integration Gateway) add-on, a purchase order created with two PBXX condition types.
First of them contains no amount or an amount determined from last PO,
second of them contains such amount what Ariba sends to SAP Backend to create purchase order with it.

Or you call BAPI_PO_CHANGE function module from a custom program or it is called in any other kind of integration scenario, and you notice similarly two PBXXs, and the 2nd is the one which contains such amount what the BAPI received as input.
