3666225 - Data inconsistency in /IBP/STOCK_EXT and /IBP/ORDER_EXT tables due to MRP type change in SAP S/4HANA and ERP add-on

Symptom

  • Transactional data in /IBP/STOCK_EXT and /IBP/ORDER_EXT tables remains active and causes incorrect planning output when product-location combinations are changed from relevant MRP types (X0/VB) to non-relevant MRP types (e.g., PD).
  • Reconciliation does not remove previously loaded data from these tables.
  • Standard logic does not pick product-location combinations for updating records when MRP type changes to non-relevant types.
