3666282 - The Tax Jurisdiction Code is being Cleared During the Move-in Process in SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Symptom

  • The tax jurisdiction code is automatically cleared out from the business partner address during the move-in process.
  • When the customer address checkbox is selected during the move-in process, a new address is created for the customer, which results in the tax jurisdiction code being cleared.
  • You receive an error: Company Code EE01 requires a jurisdiction code.
