3666294 - Behavior change on Off Cycle Event Batch permissions - 2H 2025

• For Off Cycle Event Batch there is a behavior change after 2H 2025.
• After 2H 2025, the business rules and forward propagation will work on Off Cycle Event batch without the need of permissions to run business runs and forward propagation import.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Off Cycle Event Batch

• With this change now Business Rules in HRIS Element Job Information or Employment Details will run via Off Cycle Event Batch even the Job Owner does not have following Permission:
  • Administrator Permissions -> Employee Central Import Settings -> Enable business rules for selected entities.
• Same for Forward Propagation, following permission is no longer required in order to trigger forward propagation during Off Cycle Event Batch evets:
  • Administrator Permissions ->] Employee Central Import Settings -> Enable Forward Propagation during Incremental Import
