3666302 - Job Profile Acknowledgment notification remains empty on Home Page

• The job profile acknowledgment notification on the home page is empty but remains visible on the home page and in the to-do button.
• Clicking the "I have read" (accept) button does not remove the empty notification from the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Proxy as the affected user.
2. Navigate to the home page and observe the empty notification.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release.

Workaround

Remove the Job Profile Acknowledgement notifications from the home page. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Go to Configure Job Profile Acknowledgement Settings 
2. Uncheck the setting "Send notifications in: Homepage > To Do list"
3. Click Save.
