Symptom

This article aims to introduce how to active Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on mobile device. Sometimes, when entering the one-time password (OTP) generated by the authenticator application, the Cloud Portal of SAP Commerce Cloud displays the error message: "Wrong passcode; enter the passcode again". The issue persists even after trying multiple authenticator applications, such as Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator, etc. For this scenario, please kindly try to disable and re-active the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on mobile device.
