3666343 - Single sign-on issue between SAP WorkZone Standard Edition(OIDC) and S/4HANA Public Cloud(SAML2.0)

Symptom

  • The SAP Workzone Standard Edition uses OpenID Connect and S/4HANA Public Cloud uses SAML2.0
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) is not functioning between SAP Workzone Standard Edition and S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • When accessing tiles from the Workzone site, users are prompted to log in manually to S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • After the initial login, subsequent tiles open without requiring reauthentication.
