Symptom

  • In the custom report, the filter conditions are not displayed for a specific user, while they are displayed normally for another user.
  • The issue persists across multiple custom reports queried by the affected user.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
  2. Open the custom report.
  3. Log in using the affected user ID.
  4. Observe that the filter conditions are not displayed correctly in the table header.
  5. Compare the same report using another user ID and observe that the filter conditions are displayed correctly.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Right click within the affected area (e.g. Lists)
  2. Select User Settings 
  3. Select Invisible Elements
  4. Under the "Hidden Screen Elements"
  5. Choose "Restore Grouping of UI Elements"
