Symptom
- In the custom report, the filter conditions are not displayed for a specific user, while they are displayed normally for another user.
- The issue persists across multiple custom reports queried by the affected user.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Access the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
- Open the custom report.
- Log in using the affected user ID.
- Observe that the filter conditions are not displayed correctly in the table header.
- Compare the same report using another user ID and observe that the filter conditions are displayed correctly.
Cause
Resolution
- Right click within the affected area (e.g. Lists)
- Select User Settings
- Select Invisible Elements
- Under the "Hidden Screen Elements"
- Choose "Restore Grouping of UI Elements"
