3666360 - Null application field shows value on the Redesigned Workbench - Recruiting Management

A job application field has Null value, but on the Redesigned workbench page, it shows value.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting 
2. Select a job requisition and go to Candidate part
3. Click on "Settings" icon at the top right 
4. On "Select columns to show:" window, select the field you want to show on the redesigned workbench page
5. Observe a field has Null value in job application, but shows value on the redesigned workbench page

This is a current system behavior.

If a field is configured in both job application template and candidate profile template, on the redesigned workbench, it will show the job application field value.

If the job application field has no values, then it will show the candidate profile field value.
