3666388 - The Network Monitor option is missing from the Monitoring tile in SAP HANA Cockpit

For scale-out systems, it’s possible to monitor network traffic between hosts using the Monitor Network link in the SAP HANA cockpit.  But the option is missing from your Monitoring tile.
