3666480 - Error in sap.ui.comp.Filterbar control due to unsuspended binding being resumed in SAPUI5 version 1.141.0

Symptom

  • The affected control is sap.ui.comp.Filterbar.
  • A new private method, "_suspendSuggestionBindingOnhiddenItems", introduced in SAPUI5 version 1.141.0, attempts to resume a binding under the condition that the control is visible, without verifying if the binding is suspended.
  • This behavior causes the application to crash, throwing an error due to an unsuspended binding being resumed.
  • The issue specifically occurs when the control in question is a sap.m.MultiComboBox.
