3666562 - Error when exporting Growth Portfolio data in Integration Center (Http Error response code: 500 and message: Internal error)

• Growth Portfolio export fails when initiated in the Integration Center.
• Error message displayed: "Http Error response code: 500 and message: Internal error".

Attempt to export the complete Growth Portfolio data for all users via the Integration Center.

Start the export process and see that the export fails after some time (more than 1 hour) with an error message indicating "Http Error response code: 500 and message: Internal error"

This is caused by the large volume of data that the integration center is trying to export.
Integration Center Export works in batches of 1000 records 

Workaround:

• Create a new Role Based Permission and provide the View Growth Portfolio permission 
• In the target population, add a smaller target population in the group 
• Assign this role to the Admin who is going to pull the report
• Once this export is done - update the target population group to the next set of users you wish to export for
• Continue to do this until you have pulled the total target population
