3666574 - Error "[Application Error]:C.closest is not a function" in SAC

• When trying to select a model in Data Analyzer, there is no folder displayed then the error "[Application Error]:C.closest is not a function" is displayed

• This issue occurs in Firefox browser. It works fine in Chrome and Edge browsers.

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Connect to SAC tenant
2. Go to Data Analyzer
3. Click on Create New From an Existing Model
4. The "Select Model" window opens, there is no folder displayed then the error "[Application Error]:C.closest is not a function" is displayed

Mozilla Firefox is not a supported browser with SAC.

The supported browsers are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge as documented in the System Requirements and Technical Prerequisites of SAP Analytics Cloud Help.
