3666622 - Error message "You are not eligible for this benefit on [month dd, yyyy]. Please contact your administrator" occurs during Deductible Allowance Enrollment

Error message "You are not eligible for this benefit on [month dd, yyyy]. Please contact your administrator." occurs when attempting to enroll for Deductible Allowance benefit.

Note: This error occurs only when the "Employee Contribution Type" is set to "Not Applicable" in the Deductible Allowance benefit configuration.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Proxy as the user.
2. Click on "View Your Benefits Overview" link on the profile page.
3. Scroll down to the "Benefits Available To Enroll" section.
4. Click on the Deductible Allowance benefit and click on Enroll button.
5. The system displays the enrollment page with the Employer Contribution calculated.
6. Click on Submit.
7. Error message "You are not eligible for this benefit on [month dd, yyyy]. Please contact your administrator." appears.  

This error is occurring due to a code issue wherein the condition is not handled properly when employee contribution is not applicable.

This issue will be fixed via a patch (PTCH-47994) which is planned to be deployed on 21st October 2025 in the Preview instance.
