WalkMe is an AI-powered digital adoption solution that enables teams to create guidance and automation in the flow of work, while giving business and technology leaders insights into how people are using the software and where users can be more self-sufficient. This enables organizations to accelerate user adoption of technology, boost productivity, and maximize the value of enterprise software investments.

Configuration Requirements:

WalkMe is disabled by default in SAP SuccessFactors. To access the SAP SuccessFactors-managed content, enable WalkMe. After you enable WalkMe, guided tours become available to users if all of the following conditions are met:

• Your organization has a license for the feature or product described in the tour. If you don't have a license, for example, to SAP SuccessFactors Learning, your employees won't see tours that require the SAP SuccessFactors Learning license.
• The feature is enabled and configured. If you haven't configured AI Goal Creation, for example, your employees won't see a tour about AI Goal Creation.
• The user has the necessary permissions to access the feature covered in the tour. If a user isn't a manager with permission to terminate employment, for example, the user won't see a tour about terminating employment.
