• The latest form title is not displayed in the "Delete Form" or "Restore Deleted Forms" actions.
• The original form title is still shown instead of the updated title.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Change the title of a performance form in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
2. Navigate to the "Delete Form" or "Restore Deleted Forms" actions.
3. Observe that the updated form title is not displayed; the original form title is still visible.

This is the expected behavior of the system, wherein the Performance Review Template name will not dynamically change for a form that has already been deleted.

Once a form is deleted, it is no longer part of the active review process, and therefore, any configuration changes such as updates to the template name will not take effect. Deleted Performance Review Forms retain their configuration as of the time they were deleted and do not dynamically reflect any subsequent modifications made to the template.
