3666765 - Date filter issue on Search Help in report S_ALR_87012209 after upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2023

Symptom

After upgrading from SAP S/4HANA version 2020 to 2023, the date filters on the report screen for S_ALR_87012209 are not functioning properly. When displaying the search help to set the date filter, the date appears as YYYY.__.__ instead of YYYY.MM.DD.
