The Candidate Profile Extension tab is not visible in Redesigned Applicant Workbench

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Custom fields are defined in the Candidate Profile Extension object in Admin Center - Configure Object Definition.
2. Open any Job Requisition
3. Open any Candidate Application
4. Notice that the Candidate Profile Extension tab is not available

A custom attachment fields is defined as part of the Candidate Profile Extension object in Admin Center -> Configure Object Definition.

In the redesigned applicant workbench, custom attachment fields are not supported as part of the candidate profile extension. Product Management team have agreed to take this as an enhancement for a future release.

The candidate profile extension supports the following field types - CLOB, Date, DateTime, Decimal, Foundational Object, Generic Object, and Number in addition to the Boolean, Picklist, and String fields 

As a workaround, you may remove the custom attachment field as part of the Candidate Profile Extension object in Admin Center -> Configure Object Definition and as long as there is one other custom fields defined which are supported field type, the Candidate Profile Extension will be visible as part of the redesigned applicant workbench
