Symptom

Custom attributes of Transportation Lane master data are not being populated with Real-Time Integration in SAP IBP.

The custom attributes are:

  • Integrated to IBP and visible in the content of the inbound message at the Message Monitor app.
  • Mapped in the Real-Time Integration Profiles app.
  • Created using the Custom Fields app.
  • Not visible in the Manage Master Data app.
