3666843 - New Candidate Type Default Option After 2H 2025 Release - Recruiting Management

After the 2H 2025, the Candidate Type option in the Candidate Search is now defaulting to "External" when the page is opened.

This change has been introduced to improve the systems performance when searching Candidates in the Candidate Search page.

After 2H 2025, if Users are looking for both External and Internal Candidates, they'll need to manually change the option. Note it's not possible to define a default value.
