3666847 - Type-ahead search functionality issue in sap successfactors learning

The type-ahead search functionality is not working in the new learning experience, as the suggested searches are not displayed in a dropdown list.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access SuccessFactors system.
2. Navigate to 'Learning (New Learning Experience)'
3. Search for learning with keywords
4. Observe that the suggested searches are not displayed in a dropdown list

1. The Enhanced Search functionality may not be available for your instance. 
2. The keyword used for the search might not correspond to any available courses in your library.

 1. Ensure that the "Enhanced Search is available for this instance" setting is 'Available' for your instance. 

• To verify this, Access 'Learning Administration'-> Navigate to 'System Administration'-> Application Administration-> Integrated Learning Settings-> Look for the setting 'Enhanced Search is available for this instance'.

2. Additionally, confirm that the keyword used for the learning search corresponds to courses available in your library.
