In SSCUI 101522 "Define Document Types", select document type ML(ML Settlement) to enable 'Enter Trading Partner' and 'Inter-company' settings as per SAP Knowledge Base Article 3280452 - Special Logic with "Trading Partner" field Configuration in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - SAP for Me.
