3666882 - Unable to Hide Valid To and Valid From Fields in Business Partner Email Popup

Symptom

  • Valid from and Valid to fields are visible in the email popup under the communication tab in the business partner transaction.
  • Users are unable to hide the Valid from and Valid to fields using the layout option, even though other fields such as notes can be hidden successfully.
  • The issue causes confusion for users when viewing the email popup.
