3666901 - Inconsistent Sorting of Pay Components in Compensation View and History UI in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Pay Components are displayed in inconsistent orders depending on the view.
• The Pay Components were manually entered in the sequence shown in the History UI.
• According to KBA 2562533, the order in which Pay Components are entered should be reflected consistently across views, but this is not happening.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Add Pay Components in Compensation information via Insert New Record (pencil icon) or History UI.
2. Check the sort order in Compensation.
3. On the compensation page (View All), observe that the order does not match with the order in the History UI.

This is a Known Issue.
