3666904 - Cannot post KR, KZ, DR, DZ document types in app "Post General Journal Entries" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The app "Post General Journal Entries" does not allow posting journal entries using AP/AR related document types such as KR, KZ, DR, DZ.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter App "Post General Journal Entries".
2. Attempt to post a journal entry using document type KZ for vendor posting.
3. Observe that only SA document type is allowed for posting.

The app supports manual postings to G/L Accounts and upload CSV and XLSX files to post entries to G/L Accounts. AP/AR postings are not supported by the app.

To post Accounts Payable (AP) documents, use the following apps:

1. Create Incoming Invoices
2. Create Supplier Invoice
3. Create Supplier Invoice Advanced
4. Import Supplier Invoices (bulk)

To post Accounts Receivable (AR) documents, use the following apps:

1. Create Outgoing Invoice
2. Upload Customer Open Items (bulk)
