3666915 - System posted Cross-Delivery HU related ODO via PPF GI despite it is not supported

Symptom

  • GI posted for a cross-delivery HU via PPF only for one ODO from the cross-delivery HU. Other ODO(s) from the same Cross-Delivery HU does not get updated with GI information.
    • A possible outcome of this update is that when the users are trying to post GI for the non-updated ODO, they receive ASSERTION_FAILED dump in /SCWM/CL_GOODS_MOVEMENT=======CP.
    • A solution for above dump is documented in KBA 3566890 - Dump ASSERTION_FAILED in /SCWM/CL_GOODS_MOVEMENT during GI, but the solution is not applicable for this scenario.
