Symptom

  • The Remote Support Platform (RSP) failed to connect to the System Landscape Directory (SLD) server.
  • When attempting to configure the SLD connection, a login window appeared, and the user successfully logged in using B1SiteUser credentials. However, the error message "Failed to connect to the SLD server" was displayed.
