3666950 - No Confirmation Email Received When Changing User Email Address in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When attempting to change a user’s email address in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), the following message appears:

• “You are about to change the email address for this user account. A confirmation will be sent to the new email address. The recipient will need to follow the instructions in the email before logging in to SAP Analytics Cloud.”

However, no confirmation email is received at the new email address, preventing the user from completing the update process and accessing SAC with the new credentials.

The fix is planned for delivery with the 2025.22 version SAC update.
