3666955 - Data is inconsistent between position UI and backend data base

Symptom

There is a position to job information sync rule syncing field A from position to job information. In position, field A is empty, yet after triggering the rule, a value will always get saved in job information.

Cause

The is cache in data base.

Resolution

Do a dummy change to the field with issue to fix backend data.
