3666976 - How to troubleshoot when a Rule-based mapping does not work as expected to a form - onboarding

Set a rule to a placeholder in the mapping.

Notice the rule does not work as expected when the document/form is generated.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a rule trace before the document is generated (if the previous task is Provide Additional data, create a rule trace before completing it)
2. Set the Service user as login user in the rule trace. (it can be found from "Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding ")
3. Complete the task to generate the form
4. Download the rule trace and check
