3667013 - Incorrect Solr installation due to deprecated version of StempelPolishStemFilterFactory

1) Error during indexing process in SAP Commerce Cloud environment.

2) Following error messages seen in the solr start up logs:-

    at org.apache.solr.schema.FieldTypePluginLoader$3.create(FieldTypePluginLoader.java:404) ~[?:?]
    at org.apache.solr.schema.FieldTypePluginLoader$3.create(FieldTypePluginLoader.java:379) ~[?:?]
    at org.apache.solr.util.plugin.AbstractPluginLoader.load(AbstractPluginLoader.java:144) ~[?:?]

3)This indicates that solr is not installed properly and the indexing will fail.

4) Also the solr collections on the solr admin console will appear in down state.
