3667060 - Mass Actions Status Banner Not Appearing in Redesigned Applicant Workbench

Symptom

As part of the 2H 2025 release, customer can now efficiently manage high volumes of job applications, enabling bulk actions for up to 500 applicants at once. 

There is one known limitation, for two mass actions, the status banner is not appearing in the UI however please be informed that action completing successfully in the background.

  • Forward to Requisition
  • Forward as Applicant

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Using the Redesigned Applicant Workbench, select more than 50 applicants and perform the mass action "Forward to Requisition" or "Forward as Applicant".
  2. The mass action is triggered and will complete in the background successfully.
  3. However, in the UI we do not see the "status banner" which informs user the mass action is in progress, users cannot check status of the mass action.
  4. Please note that the status banner is successfully showing for other mass actions like "Move Applicant".

Resolution

This is currently a known limitation of the mass actions functionality and our engineering team are working to have this enhanced so that the status banner is appearing in the UI for all mass actions.

The engineering team plan to enhance this feature and provide the mass action status banner for all mass actions (including "Forward to Requisition" AND "Forward as Applicant" as part of the 1H2026 release.
