What is the output for COMMENT field in the Planner Audit(Change History) report export from Executive Review

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Enable Planner Audit for a template
2. Launch form for the template
3. Make changes to a field and then export Change history from Executive Review
4. Check the exported Excel file for the field COMMENT

The COMMENT column would have data if we moved an employee between two forms for the same template.

The data in COMMENT column will populate only if there is already an existing Change History record for the same employee before this movement.

For example

1. Generate audit data for an employee, verify that the audit data is available through planner audit UI (Change History).
2. Move this employee for whom audit data is generated to another form either manually through admin, using Move employee under Manage Worksheets or mass update job.
3. Verify the audit data for this employee through Change History, it will be populated in Comment column as "Moved from form "Form Name" on "Date and Time"
